Montana was most popularly known for being the MVP of prior Super Bowls. The announcers of the game were Dick Enberg, Phil Simms and Paul Maguire, and the cost of a 30 second commercial rose quite a bit in 1996, with the total cost being $1.085 million. The halftime show was quite popular for Super Bowl XXX because Diana Ross performed.
